Visionary herbs are often used for burning (smudging) and smoking…they open up the doorways and the paths to our own intuitive wisdom. They are also used to carry intention, protection, and prayer. We will make smoking and burning blends using local plants, and how to incorporate these in different rituals. Each participant will make their own herbal blend and herb bag or dream pillow to take home.
