Join us for our annual edition of healing herbs for the winter woes where we prepare our medicine cabinet for the season ahead. Meet our local allies echinacea, mullein, boneset, elecampane, goldenrod, St John’s wort and more! These herbs and remedies are all about first aid, always within reach to combat onset symptoms and complement other forms of care.

This is a hands-on herbal workshop where you will make and take home your choice of two remedies.
